Our tech support staff has almost 30 years experience in the Chicagoland telecommunications business and are also Nortel Certified. At WOTRS we can provide repair support, MAC's (Moves, Adds, Changes), service provider assistance, installation of new or refurbished equipment at rates lower than most of our competitors. We also offer consulting on your communication needs. WOTRS offers time in blocks. You can use your blocks of time for any service we offer. The more blocks you purchase, the lower the hourly rate.
